Warranty & Support Policy

Every iPod sold by Back2Pod is a carefully modified second-hand device. This policy explains exactly what we cover, for how long, and how to reach us. No fine print surprises.

IMPORTANT

About Modified iPods

Our iPods undergo hardware modifications (including SSD storage upgrades and component replacements) to breathe new life into classic Apple devices. As with any modified electronics, certain components may require adjustment during an initial break-in period. This warranty is designed specifically with that reality in mind, offering you real peace of mind from day one.

This warranty is provided in compliance with applicable consumer protection regulations for second-hand goods and does not replace any statutory rights you may hold under local law.
